An original Dutch delivered Opel Manta from 1983. Completely converted into a fully-fledged rally car with which the classic Dutch rally championship was driven! Provided with many invoices and power outputs!Exterior:
The exterior of this Opel is finished in the color Polar Weiss with an Opel rally livery. Under the car are Revolution alloy wheels with Tarmac rally tires. Furthermore, the Manta is equipped with a full i200 package with front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and spoiler. The car is also equipped with front and rear towing eyes and mud flaps for the rally.
Interior:
The interior of this Opel Manta is completely built up for the rally. For example, 2 bucket seats have been mounted with 6-point belts, there is a fire extinguishing system, a QSP racing steering wheel has been mounted for the driver in combination with a short shifter and a hydraulic handbrake and for the navigator there is a TerraTrip 202 Plus mounted. Of course, the Opel is equipped with an FIA-approved roll cage and the Opel is ready for the rally.
The technique:
This Opel Manta is fully built for the rally and has a 2.0 DOHC 16v Opel engine that delivers 193 hp, a power printout is available. A double Weber carburettors set-up has also been chosen in combination with an open air filter from Pipercross. The suspension has been fully adapted for rally sport with hard buses, the car has been slightly raised for more ground clearance and firmer anti-roll bars have been fitted.
The history:
The Opel Manta started life in 1983 as a street car and years later was converted into a fully-fledged historic rally car with the aim of driving the historic Dutch rally championship. No expense has been spared to keep the Manta in top condition and many invoices are available.
