BMW Z1 Pur Blau Metallic Roadster 1991
An original Dutch delivered BMW Z1 Roadster from 1991! Made in the very special color combination of Pur Blau Metallic with a red fabric/leather interior, only built once, unique! This BMW was also ordered new by BMW Netherlands, the full history will follow later in this story about the car!Exterior:
The exterior of this BMW is in the color Pur Blau Metallic. The BMW is completely in its original, 1st paint and is in very good condition. Underneath the Z1 are the original light-alloy wheels in silver-grey. Furthermore, the car has its original soft-top in black.
Interior:
The interior of this BMW Z1 has the option Rot, or red fabric/leather with red carpet. Like the exterior, the interior is also completely original according to factory specifications. The original radio is present, the original first-aid kit, the original toolkit and original jack.
The technique:
This BMW Z1 Roadster is equipped with its original 2.5 liter 6 cylinder in-line engine that produces 170 hp. The power is transferred by a fine and tight shifting 5-speed manual gearbox. The technology is well maintained and is in perfect condition, where the car has only driven 48,000 km from new!
The history:
The history of this Z1 is present. The car has all keys with remote control and all booklets including a stamped service book. The car was ordered new by BMW Netherlands in 1991 and stood in the Head Office in The Hague until 1995. In 1995 (when the car was also registered for the first time) the car went to one of the BMW dealers, after which it was sold to its first owner in 1999 (purchase invoice present). The BMW has had 3 other owners since then, all enthusiasts/collectors. The car has had 1 owner from 2001 to 2014, who has always suspended the car and has never driven it. From 2014 to 2017 the car ended up with the 3rd owner. The car ended up with its last owner in 2017, again a car enthusiast/collector.
As mentioned, the BMW Z1 was ordered new by BMW Netherlands. The car has been carefully put together with a number of available options. The beautiful color Pur Blau Metallic was also chosen, of which only 192 were produced. To make this car even more special, an interior made of leather in combination with fabric has been chosen, this combination has only been used in 33 cars. The combination of the Pur Blau Metallic color and the red leather/fabric interior makes this car unique, only 1 was produced in this combination!
